Devotion to Jesus with strong faith…And His word (knowledge
of truth) is the preventative medicine to spiritual disease. 
Jesus said we must take up his cross which has profound
meaning.  We don’t have time to drill this deeply…but following
Jesus will cost you.  It’s a weight that must be carried.

A Priest Forever
Hebrews 7: 1-18

This Melchizedek (King of Righteousness) was king of Salem (King of Peace) who offered Abraham a blessing of wine (Symbol of life & Joy) and bread (Symbol of sustenance & strength).

Melchizedek was removed from the tribe of Levi yet a priest of greater value who received tithes from the Levites through Abraham.

The office of Melchizedek (Jesus) overrode the Levitical priesthood doing away with the sacrificial system.

He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself.
